Questions are the main way in which the coach explores the clients issues and helps the client to resolve them.

By their very nature they are powerful and therefore need to be precise.

QUESTIONS FOR GOAL SETTING:

What is the issue that we need to work on?

What would you like to talk about?

What objectives are we going to focus on?

QUESTIONS FOR REALITY:

Where are you now in relation to achieving your goal?

What’s going on at the moment?

How are things going, in reality?
