The TRACK Coaching Model at CHP

There are many different approaches to coaching.

There are currently + 10,000 titles of publications with ‘Coaching for Performance’ in their title on Amazon, so it is fair to say that coaching is currently recognized as a go-to strategy for improving the performance of individuals and teams.

As we discovered, one of the essential skills of coaching is ‘staying focused’.  Using a coaching model will help you stay focused during your coaching session so that you and your coachee can truly experience a powerful, transformative conversation.

At CHP we have developed our own coaching model.  The TRACK Coaching model is based on the powerful GROW model by John Whitmore.
