3. Rules and Restrictions


Customer must have been continuously on eligible contracts to accrue years. This can be across multiple boats and marinas.
Customers will be able to see the number of years (up to five) through MyPremier.
To redeem the new reward during renewal, this must be done through MyPremier online or through the app, by exception there is capability for manager to grant offline.
If a customer leaves, their time with us resets to zero.
There is no cash alternative or other discretionary use of the new reward. If the customer does not renew the equivalent value is lost.
