Anyone who retaliates against someone who has made such a report will be subject to disciplinary action.
Whilst we would prefer you to report any concerns openly, you may do so anonymously.
Whistle-blower protection applies if you make a report in good faith, even if your concerns turn out to be unjustified. “Good faith” means that you believe the report to be true, and that you do not make the report with malice, intending to damage another person or the company.
