Meet the leadership of Premier Marinas

Drawing upon combined decades with the company they are here to lead Premier Marinas to future success. Familiarise yourself with each one ahead of your journey with the business.

Pete Bradshaw
Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for determining and communicating the strategic direction of the business, modelling and setting the group’s culture, building and leading the senior executive team, managing the allocation of resources to the group’s priorities and overseeing the performance of the business.

John Cervenka
Operations Director

Responsible for the maintenance, development and safe operation of the group’s infrastructure including marinas, property, plant and equipment and for the management of capital budgets.

Andrew Lewis
Head of Marketing

The Marketing Team is responsible for generating enquiries for Premier’s products and services, communicating with existing and potential berth holders, creating and delivering events and shows. They also protect Premier’s brands.

Geoff Collins
Finance Director

The Finance Director provides strategic leadership for financial performance management across the group, including working with the CEO and Board to determine the group’s business plan and associated financial objectives.

Gemma Aldwinckle
Head of Finance 

Working with the Finance Director, responsible for management of the group’s financial performance against its annual and long term objectives.

Nicola Walsh
Head of Operations

All Marina Managers report to Nicola. She leads site operations, ensures compliance with Premier’s operational policies, helps Marina Managers to develop their teams and manages the delivery of our marinas’ balanced scorecards.

Hollie Luff
Business Systems Manager

The Business Development Team including Jay Garoghan, Online Manager, oversee Premier’s internal and customer facing business systems, including the support, training and development for current systems and implementation of new systems and business processes.

Richard Saville

Estates Manager

Responsible for managing Premier’s property portfolio which comprises 281,000 square feet of property for let to tenants providing complimentary services to support our business.

Andy Mills
Business Development Director

Responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience across the business, to support and communicate the delivery of the business strategy and act a role model for setting the group’s culture.

Tracey Jefkins
Head of HR

Responsible for all employee relations, recruitment and employee benefits

Jay Garoghan
Online Manager

Responsible for the management of Premier Marinas’ external websites for visitors and online audiences, as well as the internal IT systems which are integral to the day to day runing of the business.

Peter Wortley

Environmental Health & Safety Manager

Responsible for ensuring Premier offers a safe working environment and as a company that is environmentally aware.

Russell Asser
Maintenance Manager

Responsible for managing the statutory, routine and reactive maintenance of Premier’s business critical plant and machinery.
