Investors In People
Investors in People is the national standard for people management, offering accreditation to organisations that adhere to the Investors in People Standard.
Premier holds the Gold standard accreditation for staff training and development. We are working to achieve the Platinum level.
Premier Marinas sees the Investors in People Award as central to delivering the company’s growth and the success of staff members.
TYHA Gold Anchor Award
The Gold Anchor award scheme by the Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA) has been auditing marinas throughout the world for over 25 years and is well known as a credible measure of the marina quality.
Any rated marina will have been subjected to a series of rigorous tests and assessment of specific items across six evaluation categories.
Environment: ISO 14001:2015
ISO 14001 is an international assurance standard for Environmental management at work, developed by national and international standards committees’ independent of the UK Government.
It provides a framework for organisations to manage its work aspects and their impact on the environment, effectively managing environmental responsibilities associated with work activities.
The ISO 14001 certification means Premier Marinas have achieved full compliance with the standard and are committed to protecting the environment we live and work as well as delivering continuous improvement for the future.
Health & Safety ISO 45001:2018
ISO 45001 is an international assurance standard for health and safety at work developed by national and international standards committees’ independent of the UK Government.
It provides a framework for organisations to manage workplace risks and opportunities in order to help prevent worker illness and injury.
ISO 45001 certification means Premier Marinas have achieved full compliance with the standard and are committed to protecting employees’ health and well-being and to delivering continuous safety improvement.
