This process involves using the Havenstar system, which helps us ensure that our marina’s customers are well looked after.

Step by step guide
1 Select the vessel.
2 Select boat arrival from the favourites menu.
a Check the arrival date
b Click OK
3 Select a departure date
a Click OK
4 Select berth window
(to select via the graphic select browse and see Selecting by graphic)
a Select berth location – Marina from the top centre
b Select an available berth from the grid by clicking on it
The berth grid provides detailed information on all of the available berths for the period of stay you have specified and for the length of the boat.
(Providing you do not alter any of the information in the top section of the select berth window other than location/type)
* Fendering – side two of the berth eg P = port
* Booked – name of the next visitor booked to occupy and date for start of stay
* Resident – resident vessel assigned to the berth
* Renewal – resident assigned berth in the future and the associated contract dates
c Click OK
5 Click YES to arrive this boat
6 Set up boats
Check owner and vessel details are correct and present
a Click next
b Accept this data – click yes
Check in/out options
1 Click attach in the service points window (MeterMacs sites only)
a Select the socket you wish to assign to the berth
b click OK
1 At this point click next.
Accept changes and raise invoice – NO
